Hiring a Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

Provide the highest standards of service delivery face to face, via telephone, and email communication.
Ensure all client requests and inquiries are actioned and answered promptly, accurately and in a professional manner.
Foster a friendly, proactive and productive manner towards customers.
Handle telephone switchboard, both internal and external.
Adhere to procedures and processes while delivering to client expectations and anticipating client needs.
Maintain the general tidiness of the reception area and back office.
Ad hoc duties as requested by management.
