** Position Required : Project Engineer
** Experience : Minimum 2+ Years of UAE experience as a Project Engineer
** Requirements :

* Plan and coordinate projects from start to finish, including organizing the schedule of work.
* Plan the work and oversee the buying of necessary materials and equipment
* Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, monitoring subcontractors.
* Check design documents with Architects, Surveyors and Engineers
* Promote and maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being followed
* Developing and reviewing Methods of Procedures (MOPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all critical work activities
* Communicate with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and others involved in the project
* Deal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the project.
* Ability to deal with conflict in a constructive manner.
* Developing and managing detailed budgets and schedules.
* Excellent computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project.
* Experience with subcontractor management.
