Position: Call Center Representative
An exciting opportunity with Aman Hospital, Doha, Qatar is on offer! To be considered for the role the applicant needs to be dynamic, passionate and talented with excellent communications skills.
Job Description:
• Answers and manages inbound and outbound calls in a polite and cordial manner.
• Maintains proper telephone etiquette.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Schedules & books appointments as requested appropriately into HIS and follow service guidelines in the booking process.
• Confirms appointments through SMS, Emails and phone calls as per policy.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Qualification Requirement
• High School Degree
• Excellent English/Arabic verbal/written communication skills.
• Healthcare experience with customer service principles
• Computer literacy
• Medical Terminology / or exposure to medical environment
• Previous Call Centre experience/appointment management
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
