Highly qualified Real Estate Estimator with 2-5 years local experience are invited

We are looking for dynamic highly experienced Real Estate Estimator with background in civil engineering or quantity surveying to join our team

Following skills are mandatory
1.) Proficient in measuring property
2.) Possess excellent numerical and analytical skills
3.) Proficient in Microsoft (words, excel)
4.) Familiar with IPMS, RICS, FIDIC, POMI

Key Responsibilities
1.) Inspecting the subject property in accordance with RICS Red book of standards and EBVS
2.) Measuring property in accordance with IPMS Standards
3.) Conducting market research through various sources to understand the market prices
4.) Understanding the various parameters of the subject property
5.) Adopting the right valuation method as pre IVS standards
6.) Preparation of valuation reports as per the RICS red book standards and timely completion of the valuation.
7.) Knowledge of building materials and safety equipment such as fire fighting and security system
8.) Maintain accurate and efficient reporting.
