– Reply to emails, distribute inquiries
– Attend weekly meetings and take meeting minutes
– Prepare daily reports, schedules, book appointments

– Make hotel and flight reservations, gate pass registration, online transactions
– Deal with inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
