A leading wellness group from Dubai is looking to hire Female Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. Candidate willing to join immediately will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in monitoring facility use to ensure guest safety;
Perform general Spa duties, as needed;
Cleaning of Spa facilities, Sauna, Jacuzi and treatment rooms, as needed;
Stock and replenish the facility with supplies and products, including, but not limited to clean towels, fresh water, drinking cups, etc;
Greet guests and respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner;
Perform all duties as listed on cleaning checklist, report items not completed & why;
Cross train in reception role to cover breaks, offer support when needed;
Be knowledgeable of all spa services;
Involve a manager in all guest concerns and complaints;
Provide outstanding guest service by offering water, tea, towels & ensure proper supply of all guest amenities;
Report all items in need of repair/reorder to spa manager/spa director immediately;
Perform duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
