Position: Senior HVAC Testing Laboratory Operator
Experience: 7-10 Years, HVAC Manufacturing background is a must.
Qualification: Bsc/Diploma of Mechanical Engineering.

Job Description:
1) Set up & Performance testing of Chillers/Package/ AHU/ Split system & FCU Units as per applicable standard in HVAC Lab.
2) Familiar with testing standards such as ASHRAE, AHRI, AMCA etc.
3) Planning and executing daily testing activities of the Testing Labs
5) Responsible for performance testing AHU as per EN13053, EN1886, ASHRAE, VDI 6022
6) Responsible for performance testing FCU as per ASHRAE 79
7) Responsible for performance testing Packaged unit as per ASHRAE 37
8) Responsible for performance testing Air Cooled Chillers as per AHRI 550/590
9) Maintenance of PLC and its programs for all testing setups
10) NI software operation and maintenance experience.
11) Hands on experience with use of PLC and instruments required in Performance testing
12) Efficiently planning, prioritizing and executing working testing load in coordination with production, Engineering and QHSE Manager
13) Directing a group of technicians to implement the planned tasks efficiently and accurately well in time.
14) Maintaining calibration of instruments.
15) Prepare performance test reports.
16) To handle Third party and customer inspection visits for performance testing
17) Experience in HVAC Lab Testing Facility is advantage Coordinating with engineering team to improve performance and modify engineering designs
