Primarily responsible for developing growth in the company through customer acquisition and nurture existing customer relationships.

Qualification: • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Profile highlights: Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development/customer relationship, experience in certification and training services will be an added advantage
Job Description: •
. Marketing new products and trainings to existing clients.
• Responsible for management of existing client accounts and lead generation.
• Analyze customer requirements and fulfilling their needs.
• Assist in budget monitoring and tracking of expenses to ensure hitting the revenue targets.
• Maintained and strengthened business relationship with key decision makers of the companies.
. Adhere to relevant internal standards, procedures, and protocols (e.g. Iso 22000, HACCP, FSSC, QHSE, Integrity, Sustainability, Professional Conduct etc.)
. Handle all type of client enquiries for certification and training (telephonic, email, direct), schedules meetings and support to ensure efficient operation of office.
. Conducted initial review of all Certification applications, prepared PWS with approved scope, EAC/NACE codes, Manday requirement for overall certification cycle, Approved Auditor availability & allotment, audit scheduling etc.
. Prepare Commercial Proposal and follow up with Client to get it signed and approved
Required Skills:
• Ability to write, appraise and negotiate detailed contracts and commercial agreements
• Ability to work under own initiative and with a high degree of autonomy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player
. Strong service-oriented mindset
