1. Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
2. Dealing with queries or requests from employees.
3. Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
4. Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees.
5. Maintaining office cleanliness – executive rooms, conference rooms and hall ways.
6. Daily dishwashing service and appliance cleaning.
7. Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties. Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties.
6. Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office.
