Roles and responsibilities :-
1. Implement enabling technologies and sales systems interfaces. Support system development implementation and enhancement.
2. Investigate sales channels requirements and proactively propose improved solutions.
3. Working with stakeholders with the business to ensure handled projects are developed and executed accurately l, efficiently, within budget and on time.
4. Communicate frequently and clearly with internal customers to ensure alignment and buy in, with benefits and updates are clearly understood.
5. Identify system issue and address them with IT, if further development is required.
6. Provide PLC project support when required
7.Esclating if required and Highlighting implications to the project deliverables/ outcome
8. Performing regular visit to sales POS for discovering an opportunity to develop / enhance CRM systems to satisfy the End user needs and enhance customer Experience
9. Maintains the status report for all the major strategy projects and reporting the same to management regularly.
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role in handling Technical projects and working knowledge of project management tools.
