Key Responsibilities:

Provides excellent customer service in a timely manner via email, telephone and WhatsApp.

Acts as a liaison between customers and the other departments in order to enhance the overall customer experience.

Analyzes complaints from customers and provides adequate resolutions.

Prepares documents and reports for future reference.

Have a good knowledge of the products and services being offered.

Achieve sales and customer service targets.

Communicates customer feedback and reviews.
