You will be primarily responsible for growing the company’s online website/presence and other platforms such as amazon, Noon, etc.

The candidate must manage sales for e-commerce portals.
Respond to e-commerce customer service issues in a timely & friendly manner.
Manage pre and post-purchase inquiries via email, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms for all brands within our portfolio.
Manage pictures and edits for posting.
Listing the products on Noon, Amazon, and other marketplaces.
Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders.
Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing, and e-commerce activities.
