We are a growing company based in Dubai, our company is specialized in building maintenance and HVAC. We are hiring for the position of sales executive with the following requirements:
Good and proven sales and communication skills.
Minimum 3 years experience in the service or facility management field.
Has UAE valid driving license. (Required)
Has Good knowledge about HVAC and Facility Management.
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
Sales and marketing of Annual Maintenance Contracts (mainly) in addition to Spare parts, Control solutions and duct cleaning service for Air conditioning systems.
Interacting with contracting, Real Estate Facility Management and end-users for sales leads.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing the required support.
Maintains professional business and technical knowledge.
Manage AMC schedules and operation whenever required.
Works under the guidance of the Manager – Service Sales to prepare the maintenance contracts, negotiate and finalize agreements with clients, based on established guidelines.
Prepares estimates and issues quotations for Installation, repairs, up-gradating of units and modernization, Renovation or any Fitout works.
Liaises with clients to negotiate maintenance contract renewals, ensuring all potential client risks are addresses under the renewal.
Contract length: 24 months
