The telesales representative’s responsibilities include contacting potential customers, reading from a prescribed script, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions.
Responsibilities:

Responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
Present services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the service.
