We are looking for Secretary cum Receptionist who is willing to be trained in Abu Dhabi but she/he will be assigned in Dubai.
Attend meetings and keep minutes
Managing an active calendar of events and appointments , phone calls and emails . Plan , Coordinate and ensure schedule is followed .
Drafting letters , filling forms , coordination and communication with Contractor, Suppliers and colleagues .
Establish , implement and maintain filling systems.
Provide general support.
Coordinate tasks and assignments as directed.
Require good command on English and computer skills .
Run general errands.
Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
Experience with office management software s like Outlook, MS office – Excel & word.
