We are looking for a stock controller/ admin experienced in fit out, events and exhibitions production to join our team in Dubai, UAE. Successful candidates should have very good understanding of fit out, events and exhibitions production and stock control experience.

Stock controller / admin role requirements:

Work with production dept. and accounts for timely stock check.
In/out of stock entry and strict control on stock movement.
Work collaboratively with and Accounts Departments to ensure that orders are placed and received accordingly
Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in English and Hindi
Driving License plus point
Experience in events, exhibition, fit out and joinery industry is preferred
Scheduling of installations and deliveries.
Liaise with clients for work permits.
Submission of project completion report to clients
Strong computer literacy is required.
