South American Sous Chef must have a strongly knowledge in South American food with a good background. It’s for a Latino Restaurant to be open Soon, Here in Dubai. But requested to Join the company by January to work with me in Menus, costing and Hiring a Pre Opening Team that will be Latinos or chefs with Knowledge in South American food.
