* Well versed with MS Office & MS Excel.
* With good communication skill.
* Organized & a team player.

Scope of Work:
* Handling emails & phone calls
* Composing business correspondence
* Answering customer queries on product details, availability & deliveries
* Processing orders & sample requests
* Coordinating orders with production and ensuring their delivery in a timely manner
* Generating sales reports
* Maintaining & updating online store, website & product catalogs.
