• Minimum 1 years of experience in customer service department (UAE). Providing support to the operation departments with customer queries and redirecting to the relevant department.
• Handle day to day queries of the Customer & ensure customer’s queries are handled on time.
• Updating proper customer records, documents filling, scheduling deliveries.
• Maintaining reports on daily basis as per operational requirements.
• Providing accurate information about product benefits.
• Good Communication.
• Good Interpersonal Skills.
• Working experience in Customer Service.
• Pro active approach in answering clients and provide right information.
• Ability to convince.
