English Speaking Call Center Experience Is Required
This role is only for Candidates based in UAE on visit visa or cancelled employment visa who can join Immediately.
Preferably OWN VISA (Mother’s, Father’s or Husband’s sponsorship)
A background in call center and customer service is a requirement.

Shift Timing: 5:30 pm – 2:30 am
Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

Responsibilities:
A call center representative focuses on building relationships with our clients through both inbound calls, outbound calls and electronic communications.

Qualifications:
*Sound knowledge of computers.
*Preferably above 2 Years work experience call center agents, sales, customer service, or other
*Strong command of the English language
*Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong problem-solving, multitasking skills and organizational expertise mastering job description, on call scripting and industry product knowledge
*Candidates must complete our training course.
