Female Personal Assistant

Urgently hiring for a Tagalog Speaking Personal Assistant to assist with the daily requirements of the MD.

Duties/Responsibilities:
– Candidates must have previous experience in working as a personal Assistant.
– Collating, making expenses, compiling and preparing reports to be placed on his desk before he arrives the office.
– Reminding the MD of important tasks and deadlines as per his instructions.
– Ensuring his tea, coffee and food requirements while his in office are ordered, delivered on time and well served properly.
– Updating the files
– Organising the MD’s other requirements and liaising with staff as per his request.

Requirements:
Female 25 years old and above
Should speak and understand proper English and Arabic is an advantage.
Asian nationality preferably Tagalog speaking
Thorough understanding of the job role as a personal assistant and should have 2-3 years’ experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Social Media web platforms.
Ensures discretion and confidentiality at all times.

Salary: AED 2,000 to AED2,500 + medical insurance and additional allowances based on performance.
