Inputs data into the database systems

Creates reports and maintain logs
Entering customer and account data information within time limit
Must have a minimum of 40 wpm
Excellent alphanumeric/character typing
Good communication and customer service skills
Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, PPT.
