We are looking for an expert Chocolatier – senior role with experience and expertise in Chocolate making all kinds of procedures.
Below are a few points I would like to mention that are required for this position in our firm.

– 10 years of experience in chocolate handling
– Expertise in ganache making, caramel making & praline making.
– Enrobing, framing, tempering, decorations.
– QC & handling experience: shell life, R&D
– One-shot depositor experience.
