We are looking for a well-versed & smart Secretary cum Office Admin to perform administrative and clerical tasks to support the office and staffs accordingly.

*Preferably Filipino

Duties:
* Welcomes & directs visitors & clients.
* Attend phone calls, keep track of emails
* Performs tasks such as recordkeeping, filling, maintaining office supplies and office cleanliness, handling & preparing packages and correspondence.
* Efficient in Monitoring & Inventory
* Responds & resolves administrative inquiries and questions.

Required Skills/Abilities:
* Detail-oriented & professional.
* Good communication skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Basic editing skills
* Ability to work independently and reliably.
* Can work under pressure

Education & Experience:
Bachelors Degree
1-2 years of experience in a related role.
