Leva Hotel, Mazaya Centre is looking out for the right candidate to join us as,

•Hotel Manager – Preferably with a Sales background

Who’s right for the job?

•Responsibility for all Front Line, Reservations, Housekeeping, and Maintenance of the hotel.
•Drive the Sales, Marketing & Revenue, and Reservations Team.
•At least 3 years’ Hospitality experience in a Leadership role.
•Excellent and articulate communicator who acts with authenticity.
•Great team player with a positive attitude, who can build exceptional teams.
•Exposure to Sales and Marketing extensively in the Local Dubai Market.
•Key understanding of revenue management
•Possession of a broad sales & marketing experience
•Ability to enhance the hotel’s operational performance
•Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals, creating a business plan
•Effectively manage controllable expenses.
•Focus on maintaining/improving profit margins.
•Analyzing the hotel performance using key business measures to feedback
