We are hiring a Quality Controller. The ideal candidate must have 3 to 5 years of experience in similar field.

Responsibilities include:
– Inspect the supplied, manufactured, subcontracted, installed materials and/or products as per project requirements, approved sample reference, shop drawings, and client’s specifications.
– Perform checking of units and use the required inspection tools.
– Track production items in the working stations and ensure that right production techniques and processes are implemented.
– Ensure that required quality standards are set and conveyed to all concerns.
– Inspects the semi-finished items before cutting, assembly, and painting to detect other defects and ensure that the final finish product conform as per the required specifications.
– Inform immediate superior for any quality issues that needs further actions and assistance.
– Highlight the defects to all concerned, analyze, and record the defects for further tracking.
– Discards materials and/or products that deviate from specified standards and raise NCR reports.
– Follow-up issued nonconformance report (NCR) reports to the concern person, and ensure that the reports are completely filled up.
– Inspect the completed or finished products and authorize dispatch.
– Perform test on new supplied materials assign by immediate supervisor.
– Perform site, supplier, and subcontractor inspection assign by immediate superior.
– Prepare needed reports such as timesheet, weekly accomplishment report, incoming, in-progress, final, subcontractor, supplier, and site materials and/or products inspection reports.
– Compile and maintain pertinent inspection records.
Perform other duties assign by immediate superior.
