Female candidate required as Receptionist/ Admin Assistant to be based in Umm Ramool-Dubai.
Responsibilities:
• Provide Front desk reception duties for the office which includes handling of all phone calls and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally.
• Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner
• Assist in General Office administration.
• • Ability to multi-task and work independently
Qualifications:
•Associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred.
•At least 3-4 years experience in office works
•Possess good professional image, excellent phone mannerism and enthusiasm in customer service.
•Proficient in MS office is highly preferred.
