Receive and dispatch materials in an organized and timely manner.

• Inspect and reconcile the quantity, specification, quality, and conditions of the material received with purchase order/ delivery note.

Ensure appropriate documentation is prepared, received, authorized, and recorded for all material received and dispatched.
