RESPONSIBILITES

1. Supervise and train workers and tradespeople
2. Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
3. Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
4. Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
5. Resolve problems when they arise
6. Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans

REQUIREMENTS
1. In Depth Knowledge of HVAC systems
2. Ability to Draw, Read Drawings Autocad Drawings
3. Ability to communicate and report effectively
4. Problem-solving abilities
5. UAE Valid Driving License is a Must.
