Tracing, calling, following up, and convincing Delinquent Customers. To negotiate and convert their payments, settlements and updating customer’s records. To focus on achieving the monthly targets, reviewing subordinates performance and more. To be responsible for the portfolio allocated and coordinate with the supervisor / Manager
Relevant knowledge in MS Excel is required.
