Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering. Additional course / Training in Construction Management, MBA will be added advantage.
Excellent command over AC / Electrical / Plumbing systems installation and commissioning.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Maintain good relations with main contractor, consultant and sub-contractors.
Minimum 15 years to 25 years of experience in Electromechanical industry, MEP Project management for multiple buildings simultaneously.
