Sales Account Admin (Watch Experience)

We are looking for a qualified Sales Account Admin (Watch Experience) to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for queries about products, orders, and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.

Responsibilities

• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices

• Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries

• Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries

• Maintain and update sales and customer records

• Develop monthly sales reports and work with the accounting team in generating data.

• Knowledgeable with Invoicing & Inventory

REQUIREMENTS :

• Proven work experience as a Sales Account Admin from watch industry.

• Exposure to administration duties including spreadsheet product tracking and order process

• Background in Quickbooks is an advantage.

• Understanding of sales performance metrics

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Can work under strict deadlines.
