English must be upper intermediate level.
Alternative spoken language preferable (Arabic or Urdu, Tagalog…etc)
Fast in typing with accuracy and email writing
Detail oriented and multi-tasking
Strong customer service with patience
Knows how to do daily leads report update
Ability to work independently and self motivated
Proven working experience of 1-2 years as Telemarketing as well as Data Entry.
