Food Safety Team Leader/Production Manager for a meat processing company
A master’s degree in bioscience or food science is required, as is 3+ years of experience in a food processing environment. Experience conducting hazard analyses is necessary. Looking for candidates with current food safety certification (Halal, ISO 22000, and HACCP) and with experience of leading a production team.
Must have demonstrated ability to lead a team of 5 or more. Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels are essential. Strong organizational, math, and multitasking skills. Production management experience preferred.
