Secretarial / Admin experience is a must.
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office applications mainly in Excel and MS word.
Answering phone calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
Document Controlling.
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
Able to work other administrative and clerical duties.
Willing to work under pressure.
Good looking & young lady is required (Receptionist).
