Software Engineers with experience in Customer Support, attending issues based on Phone Calls / E-Mails / Tickets required. Should be able to work and attend the issues, if required should give patches and updates based on issue logs.

Should be well versed in C# WinForms and Classic VB6, SQL Server and Crystal Reports.
