We are looking young, dynamic, self motivated Food & Beverage team for our Branch.

As a Waiter / Waitress you are responsible to provide professional service to our guests, your role will include the below responsibilities:

Perform all necessary tasks to service food & beverage according to the standard of performance manual of the restaurant.
Knowledge of the food menu of the assigned outlet in order to assist and provide advice to guests

Practice good guest relations and attend to guest complaints / queries satisfactorily

Responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep of all service equipment

Responsible for all service preparations before, during and after the service
Actively use up selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue
About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Tertiary Education or Equivalent. Should have over one-year experience in similar position. Ability to handle large restaurants and guest volumes daily. Should be able to work under pressure in a customer service environment.1-2-year minimum experience working in a multi-cultural / F&B environment. Well versed English communication and writing skills. Ability to pass proficiency test exams provided by the Department.
