Develop and maintain clientele database.
Formulate strategies together with management team for positioning and getting leads in the FM Market.
Prepare Bid tenders/offers for Contracts.
Ensure that FM team follow industry best practices in technical/engineering operations with major concentration in MEP, HVAC, hard & soft services.
Involve in costing and ppm planning for both pre and post contractual projects within Industrial to commercial stream.
