The candidate must be well organized and able to work independently
• Should have 0 to 1-year experience
• Should manage the front office professionally
• Admirable attention to detail while incoming/outgoing call coordination
• Must be well versed in incoming & outgoing documentation, tracking, and control system
• Having knowledge in office equipment and stationery management
• Ability to prepare and send internal circulars/mails
• Ability to handle multi-tasking
• Good MS office and navigation skills
Job Requirements:
• High-School / Secondary
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
