Procurement
• Support in all procurement related matters (Chemicals, Office Equipment, Plant Maintenance material)
• Send RFQs to vendors and regular follow up with vendors
• Purchase supply of products/materials
• Determine the lowest cost for products/materials
• Track and record orders
• Manage supply base
• Source and interview vendors; negotiate contracts and costs
• Communicate performances and costs to management
• Recommend new processes or systems for improvement; implement new ideas and strategies
• Organize and schedule procurements in a timely manner
• Communicate with vendors, clients, customers, team members, and managers to align goals
Office Admin
• Correspondence with Institutions like DU, Dewa, Insurance, etc
• Coordinate with HR regarding staff ticketing, visa related issues matters
• Schedule calls and meetings for senior management.
