3. RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY

3.1 Handling applications for Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Interior
Residence and other Govt. Departments etc.
3.2 Submit the Applications through the Tas’Heel Service as per company
needs
3.3 Follows up on all transactions in Labor, Immigration Traffic, Police dept.,
court, Car registration, Driving License etc
3.4 Handle the employees visa renewal & cancellations
3.5 Preparing & Submit for new and renewal of Commercial license,
Chamber license, Civil Defense, Nadafah License, Lease Agreement
Contracts Tawtheeq-) etc…
3.6 Handling all works for different government departments (Ministry of
interior, Ministry of labour, Municipality, Tasheel, Police Station,
Embassies, etc.)
3.7 Typing all the online service of various Govt. departments.
(Ministry of labor, Thasheel, EIDA, Municipality, Environmental Agency)
3.8 Responsible for renewing Trade License renewal, Chamber, Ministry of
Economy, Tadweer and company Establishment Card etc.
3.9 Should be prepare the official letters, NOC etc. in both, Arabic and
English languages.
