Civil Engineer Business Development -MALE
• To bring business, making Quotation, BOQ, participating in Tender & procedures, arranging agreements, documentations for Construction and Transport mainly Dubai, Fujairah.
• Knowledge in Renting, Heavy Equipment, Earthworks, Excavation.
• Knowledge about the prices/UAE markets.
• Meeting with new and existing customers and backfilling.
• Searching for sub-contracts for construction, getting Quotation for price comparison.
• Meeting with the consultant.
• Follow up and communication with consultant with all the drawings, Layout, plan, artworks, letter of agreements.
• Can handle projects.
• Maintain a file & record for suppliers and vendors list.
• Should handle all Government portals,.
• Should have driving license.
• Can handle pressure and can work independently.
• Good Team leader and flexible.
• Experience atleast 5yrs
• Should work all-round as required
• Can join immediately.
