We are looking for an HR&ADMIN ASSISTANT to support our Human Resources department.

Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents.

Responsibilities

– Organize and maintain personnel records
– Update internal databases
– Prepare HR documents,
– Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance.
– Participate in HR projects
– Assist the other management departments.
– Following the required management tasks.
