Hiring an Office Assistant for our Company in Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain up to date the office correspondence.
Arrange and organize for the office visits.
Assist with the office documentation as required.
Assist the project teams to organize the project documentation.
Coordinate with HR for office activities.
Assist the staff with the travel arrangements.
Maintain the stationary stock.
Any other office and project usual administration task.
