Front Desk/Admin Assistant

a. Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
b. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
c. Answer the office telephone and redirect to concerned parties.
d. Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
e. Ensure no calls are missing or unattended.
f. Update the internal extension and mobile number list as per the necessary changes.

Filing

a. Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
b. Filing of all records from each department to proper allocated place.
c. Follow office standards and policies to keep the files.
d. Handle confidential files in a professional & confidential manner.
