• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
• Staying informed about competing products and services.
• Up selling products and services.
• Maintaining sales and delivery records.
• Focus on link selling to add value to every purchase/potential purchase.
• Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels in showroom.
• Follow up and co-ordinate on order progress.
• Arrange displays in the showroom.
