Proven experience as Maintenance Engineer who can handle the below;

• Ability to take the full responsibility of caring the building without any supervision.
• Ability to work All-Around for the Tenant concern such as repairing & maintenance, complaints, & resolving the issues.
• Could resolve the Ac issues like AC leakage, HVAC problems, chiller.
• Understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems and any other MEP works for the building.
• Knowledge of plumbing works, painting works, carpentry works.
• In-dept knowledge of building procedures, equipment and safety guidelines.
• Supervise and coordinate the installation maintenance and repair jobs in our properties.
• Preparing daily work schedule and assigning the technical staffs to attend the complaints as per its priority.
• Inviting competitive quotations from the vendors and procuring the material required after management approval.
• Supervising all assigned jobs schedules and make sure that each job is completed as per the building standards and tenant’s satisfaction.
• Conducting pre-occupation and post vacating inspection of apartments and estimation of damages if any in the apartment.
• Managing the inventory of materials in the store.
• Regularly moving around and checking our all properties and report to the property team if any of any corrective or capital intensive maintenance or improvements are required.
• Strong Knowledge of Building trades, cleaning procedures, and practices.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant relations.
• Work under pressure and meet the tight deadlines.
• Computer literate with capability in email, MS office and related communication skills.
• Job Type: Permanent Experience:
• 5 years (Required)
• Driving License is mandatory.
