Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
Answer questions about products/services of the company.
Probe customers with right questions to understand their requirement.
Creating a want in the customers of our products/services.
Direct prospects to the sales team.
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Go the extra mile to meet target and facilitate future sales.
Keep a record of calls and submit daily report to the reporting manager.

Requirements:
Candidate should be multilingual and possess excellent communication skills.
Should have proven experience in telemarketing.
Proven record of achieving targets and should be a go-getter.
Should be highly enthusiastic and proactive.
Should have good command on English language.
Ability to handle rejection.
Ability to work under pressure.
Should be ambitious and eager to earn more & more incentives.
Ready to work in rotational shifts.
Minimum one year of experience in similar industry.
