Admin Cum Accounts Assistant required for a Company

Should be excellent in communication

Must possess at least a Bachelor/College Degree.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
Preferably with knowledge of Tally software.
With excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls.
Monitor all the incoming emails and assure to reply on time.
Write emails, correspondences, memos, faxes and forms.
Record daily transactions of the company.
Make quotations, LPO’s, invoices, delivery notes, receipt & payment vouchers, etc.
Follow up keenly for customer payments and ensure timely collections.
Maintain a list of suppliers outstanding and prepare payments on due dates.
Maintain clean contact lists for easy reference.
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
Report and assist the manager and staff as needed.
