Your role will be handling and performing general office clerk duties and errands.
Office Assistant Responsibilities:
Recording visitors/client information as needed.
Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
Maintaining supply inventory.
Generating leads via telephone.
Office Assistant Requirements:
High school diploma or associate’s degree.
Experience as an office assistant or in related field.
Warm and a pleasing personality with strong communication skills.
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
